Garden Project owes much to our work Tall Pine,1990 commissioned by Artworks Wales - Cwaith Cymru.

We evolved the forms for Garden Project as a live participative public work at Old Library Gallery in Cardiff city centre.

The Garden Project installation was installed in Stuttgart’s' public park. Many excellent artists and students helped build the complex works both in Cardiff and in Stuttgart. One of our German helpers had the previous year helped Christo wrap the Reichstadt, working on this installation, he said, somehow reminded him of that experience.
